Terms of Usage

You must be at least 13 years of age to use any of the Services. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may only access the Services with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

For any Services that involve payments, subscriptions, or binding contracts, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide is accurate and complete; (b) you meet the eligibility requirements above; and (c) you are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law or regulation.

Certain Services require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and access tokens.
• Not share account access with unauthorized parties.
• Maintain only one account per person; creating duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate termination of all accounts.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a compromise of your credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

The hny.sh website serves as the primary interface for accessing henyuu's services, documentation, dashboards, and public-facing content. By accessing the website you agree to these Terms in full.

You may not use automated tools, crawlers, or scrapers to extract content from the website without prior written authorization. Framing, mirroring, or embedding the website on third-party platforms is prohibited without consent.

All content published on hny.sh — including text, graphics, code, and design — remains the intellectual property of henyuu unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.

henyuu operates one or more Discord bots that may be added to Discord servers ("guilds") by server administrators. By adding or using any henyuu Discord bot, you agree to these Terms in addition to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Server Administrators

• You are responsible for ensuring that your server's use of the bot complies with Discord's platform rules and these Terms.
• You must not configure or deploy the bot in ways that harass, spam, harm, or discriminate against users.
• You must not use the bot to collect, store, or process user data beyond what is necessary for your server's intended use.

All Users

• You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or stress-test the bot's infrastructure.
• You must not use the bot for spamming, phishing, or any form of malicious activity.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the bot's commands, logic, or backend systems.
• Bot access may be revoked from any server or user at any time, at our sole discretion.

Paid features and subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making any payment you additionally agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. henyuu does not store your full payment card details.

Billing

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of paid features.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before price changes take effect.

Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Refund requests arising from service disruptions, feature changes, or dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all Services.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any payment made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Where henyuu provides hosting services, the following additional terms apply:

Resource Allocation

• CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth are shared resources allocated on a fair-use basis.
• You must not exceed allocated resource limits or engage in activities that compromise shared infrastructure stability.
• Prohibited activities include: unauthorized nested virtualization, cryptocurrency mining, running network scanners, and operating open proxies or relay services.

Content Restrictions

• You must not host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, exploit kits, or any content that violates applicable law.
• You must not host content that facilitates the abuse, exploitation, or harm of minors under any circumstances.
• You must not use hosted services to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

Access & Capacity

• Hosted access is non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed without prior written authorization.
• Node capacity limits apply where stated. Exceeding limits may result in throttling, reassignment, or suspension.

Where henyuu provides API access, you agree to the following:

• API keys and tokens are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
• You must not exceed rate limits, abuse quotas, or attempt to circumvent API restrictions.
• You must not use the API to reverse-engineer, replicate, or build competing services based on henyuu's systems.
• API access may be revoked at any time if usage violates these Terms or threatens service stability.
• Any data returned by the API must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and these Terms. You must not publicly expose, resell, or redistribute API data without written authorization.
• Automated access must include appropriate identification headers where requested.

You agree not to use any henyuu Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, defame, or harm any individual or group.
• Transmit or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent activities of any kind.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without prior written authorization.
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair infrastructure.
• Impersonate henyuu, its operators, or any other person or entity.
• Facilitate or encourage others to do any of the above.

Some Services interact with or operate on third-party platforms (including Discord, Roblox, and Stripe). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of those Services also complies with the relevant third-party platform terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws.

henyuu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Roblox Corporation, Stripe, or any other third-party platform referenced in these Terms or the Services.

Rotector

Some Services are powered by or integrated with Rotector, an independent third-party detection service. Use of Rotector's API through hny.sh Services is subject to Rotector's own API conditions and terms, available at roscoe.rotector.com/docs. By using any hny.sh Service that relies on Rotector, you additionally agree to those terms.

ERPSearcher

Some Services are powered by or integrated with ERPSearcher, an independent third-party detection and moderation service. Use of ERPSearcher's API through hny.sh Services is subject to ERPSearcher's own terms of use, available at erpsearcher.com/terms. By using any hny.sh Service that relies on ERPSearcher, you additionally agree to those terms.

If a third-party platform or service provider changes its rules in a way that affects how we can provide a Service, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue that Service without notice or liability.

All content, software, code, branding, design, trademarks, and other materials associated with henyuu's Services are the exclusive intellectual property of henyuu and its operators, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of henyuu's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant henyuu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Services.

All Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of any Service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party dependency failures may occur and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature or Service — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to or discontinuation of any Service.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be free of errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions. Any reliance on information or outputs provided by the Services is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HENYUU AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.00 — whichever is greater. If the Services were provided to you free of charge, our total liability is limited to USD $0.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless henyuu and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.
• Any action taken by a third party as a direct or indirect result of your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, prolonged inactivity, or at our discretion for any other reason.

Upon termination: your right to use the Services ceases immediately; any associated credentials, API keys, and bot access are revoked; and any outstanding paid features may not be refunded unless required by law.

You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing to use them and, where applicable, deleting your account.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on IP, liability, indemnification, and disputes — will continue to apply after termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made:

• New users: Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
• Existing users: A notice will be posted on the relevant dashboard or service. Changes become effective 7 days after that notice is posted.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using all Services before the changes take effect. Continued use of any Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will maintain the "Last updated" date at the top of this document to reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property violations, unauthorized access, or imminent harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at legal.hny.sh/privacy. The Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that henyuu may process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the Services involve third-party processors (such as Stripe or Discord), their respective privacy policies also apply.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by henyuu ("right to be forgotten"), subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data. To submit an erasure request, contact us at legal@hny.sh with the subject line Request for Erasure of Personal Data. We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable timeframe and action it in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy at legal.hny.sh/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and henyuu regarding your use of the Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
